- PCBFiler, although a VERY fine program, has one shortcoming. When you
- process a DIR file to update the dates in the file, if a file is
- OFF-LINE, it will not show as such. You have to go in with a text
- editor and change every file to OFF-LINE, then run PCBFiler.
-
- This program will change your DIR files to read OFF-LINE instead of
- the date on every file. The syntax is OFF-LINE DIR01, where DIR01 is
- the DIR file. If your DIR files are indeed named DIR01, DIR02, DIR03,
- etc, just type OFF-LINE, and OFF-LINE.EXE will do all of them, one
- after another. Add a second command line param (I don't care WHAT you
- type), and the program will display it's work (looks like you are
- typing the file to the screen, with the OFF-LINEs showing.
-
- OFF-LINE may be in your path, the files must be in the current
- directory. (CD to the directory where your DIR files are before starting.
-
-
- BTW: If your files are not named DIR01, DIR02, etc, you can put this
- in a .BAT file to process several files:
-
- OFF-LINE aaaa
- OFF-LINE bbbb
- OFF-LINE cccc
